This page explains what coaching.withbootsy.com does with information about you. The site is run by Bootsy (coaching with bootsy). Questions or requests: coaching@withbootsy.com.

Visiting the site

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the requests your browser makes, as any web host does.

Booking a session

When you book, you give your name, email address, phone number and, if you like, a note. These are used only to arrange and hold your session: to put it in Bootsy's calendar, to send you the confirmation and reminders, and to contact you about it. They are stored with Cloudflare (the site's host) and in Bootsy's Google Calendar, and are never sold or shared for marketing.

You can ask to see, change or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing coaching@withbootsy.com.

Google Calendar

The site is connected to Bootsy's own Google Calendar, with Bootsy's permission, for two things only:

• checking when Bootsy is busy, so those times aren't offered for booking (the site sees only busy and free times, not what the events are);
• adding booked sessions to Bootsy's calendar, and changing or removing them when a booking is moved or cancelled.

No visitor's Google account is ever connected or read. Information received from Google APIs is used only for the two purposes above and is not shared, sold or used for advertising. The site's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
